Before I built AI systems I treated patients, founded and ran healthcare facilities in Hyderabad and Secunderabad, and wrote the protocols, SOPs and audits that kept them safe. That record is the domain knowledge I bring to health tech.

Where the work happened
- 2010 – 2025
- Founder & Chief Dental Surgeon, DV Dental Hospital & Implant Centre. A multi-specialty dental hospital at about 30 patients a day, with 26 staff. Full digital workflow: CAD/CAM, intraoral scanning, digital radiography and CBCT-to-3D-printed surgical models. Kept open through COVID-19 as an emergency referral hub. Closed in April 2025 to focus on health tech.
- 2010 – now
- Senior Administrator, Manjary Nursing Home. A multi-specialty nursing home with 600+ patient encounters a month. Clinical governance, infection control, audits and compliance.
- 2007 – now
- Founder, Manjary Dental Care Centre. A technology-augmented clinic with EMR workflows, automated recalls and an in-house 3D-printing lab; I wrote its full SOP framework.
- 2019 – now
- Founder & Lead Engineer, a clinical 3D-printing studio. It turns CT and CBCT (DICOM) scans into patient-specific surgical models, surgical guides and patient-education models.
- 2013 – 2019
- Founder & CEO, Shree Manjary Medical Agency. Medical and dental supplies distribution, grown from zero to 30+ pharmacy and clinic clients; clean founder exit.
- 2006 – 2010
- Associate Dentist → Branch Head → Regional Clinical Administrator, Lavanya Dental Hospital Group. Branch Head within 18 months; set up 2 new branches, each operational within 90 days; built the group's 9-branch financial accountability framework.

- Spore-tested sterilisation governance at DV Dental Hospital that cut reinfection by 90%.
- EMR with appointment automation and documentation compliance above 95%.
- An antibiotic-rationality audit for rotating junior clinicians: inappropriate use down 40%.
- At Manjary Nursing Home: a sepsis-care protocol that shortened length of stay, discharge cycle time cut 25%, monthly hygiene audits with PPE compliance above 95%, and patient satisfaction up about 30%.
- An SOP framework at Manjary Dental Care Centre (hand hygiene, sterilisation, biomedical waste, PPE, environmental cleaning) with no major audit non-conformities since 2015.
- An EMR-driven recall programme: 100+ recall visits a month and patient retention above 85%.

CBCT scans turned into patient-specific models and guides; treatment acceptance up 50–60% in complex implant and rehabilitation cases.
A COVID-19 PPE suite
A positive-pressure isolation suite built for under ₹15,000 in materials that kept the hospital open and cut disposable PPE spend 50–60%.

WhatsApp and Telegram bots on n8n for appointments, confirmations, recalls and post-procedure follow-up.
